The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for creating original brand content as well as continue the validation of the brand and culture of Trelevate.  

Creative content includes but not limited to: 

  • Social Media content
  • Blog posts
  • Training Video’s
  • email campaigns – internal and external

The Digital Brand Manager will maintain fruitful relationships with existing and potential Trelevate employees through original content development.  Identifying new employee leads via various Social Media Channels.  As well as telling our story about who Trelevate is on a regular basis including culture and sales facts. You are strategic, organized and a master at Social Media. Tenacious and driven, you are truly passionate about our Trelevate family.

Job Requirements


Among new ideas, there is also a responsibility to engage and manage the marketing functions and overall strategy of Trelevate marketing channel working directly with both Director of Operations and Talent Selection Director developing the strategy and implementation of national coverage.         

  • Strong communication and social fluency
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Elevate brand across a variety of verticals and cultures, including partners and consumers.
  • Manage the distribution of content across all channels (blog, social media, email, partnerships)
  • Continuously seek out new opportunities to grow and promote our brand along with video collaboration
  • Upkeep company social media accounts, blog, and website
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns in achieving their stated objectives

Day-to-Day duties typically include:

  • Fulfilling Marketing duties as laid out on the calendar to achieve set percentage (%) of growth via Social Media.
  • Working strategically with the Operations and Talent Selection Team to maintain & grow headcount for Trelevate and all clients nationwide
  • Contacting potential employees via social channels to establish rapport and set up interviews/meetings in determined markets with TS Team
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives while providing thought leadership outside existing paradigms
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events on an as needed basis to enhance competency and thought leadership


- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 
- 1-2 years Marketing and Social Media experience preferred. 
- Excellent prospecting, cold-calling and customer service skills. 
- Professional solution-based selling and account management skills. 
- Effective negotiating and closing skills required. 
- Demonstrated ability to create with software (i.e. Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Canva etc.). 
- Excellent planning and forecasting skills along with knowledge of account development strategies. 
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. 
- The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. 
- Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office, Photoshop and video editing software required. 
- Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record; pass a background check and proof of insurance.
