Position: Private Aviation Sales Manager

At Trelevate, we have partnered with Dumont Jets a leader in private jet aviation’s.  We are building, training and leading our full-time sales force to ensure they have the tools you need to succeed. We are looking for candidates with expertise in high-level executive sales and high net worth corporations that would use private jets for travel.


About the Position:

The Private Aviation Sales Manager will be responsible for working with Trelevate’s partner Dumont Jets to grow their memberships division across the country. This role will be leading a team of 10 Private Aviation Consultants in our Phoenix office on a daily basis. You would be overseeing the daily operations including and not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, daily coaching and leading the success of this project. You will work with Trelevate’s Director of Operations & Senior Executives weekly to effectively build and report all the following: new deals acquired, all KPI reporting and operational updates as needed. We need a leader who has experience selling to high net worth individuals, C Suite, and agencies. This person must be very structured, creative, energetic, strategic and highly capable of producing results. Dumont Jets value proposition is one of a kind when flyers think about the perfect aviation group to travel with. From tip to tail Dumont offers all the best amenities to private flyers nationwide, will driving world class service to all of their clients. You must have superior team building skills, effective communication style, strategic thought into expansion and good at thinking outside the box. Understands a longer sales cycle and how to work a relationship until close. The leader and consultants would be working with large scale corporations, sports athletes, celebrities and many types of high net worth individuals who love to travel aboard private jets.
